Orchestra Steps 

DCSA Music Department's Orchestra Steps program offers an invaluable music introduction to little ones, discovering the orchestra world setting and culture, beginning to honor positions, ensembles, and teamwork.

5 years old & up.⁠ Explore different types of instruments and music styles such as: strings, woodwinds, percussion, theory and vocal practice, before you pick and instrument.⁠ Duration: 4 weeks ⁠

Group lessons offer an invaluable introduction to the performing experience giving the student the opportunity to engage with the challenge of playing or singing in public in a less inhibited and more confident way. Children who are often exposed to different types of instruments and music styles have a bigger chance to discover their real passion and true calling.
